Raising and committing a warehouse purchase order creates a Warehouse Transfer Outwards form. How the stock is delivered against the purchase order depends on the use of an In-Transit Warehouse. Where back orders are permitted and there is a shortfall on deliveries, Process Back Orders fulfils the back orders by creating a new Warehouse Transfer Outwards form referencing the originating purchase order.
As stock is transferred to the requesting warehouse, the field Prev Del is updated in the warehouse purchase order
